If we are a group of more than 6 pax, can we have the Casa Hikka Villa only for us ?

Yes, up 6 pax, you can

What about cancellation's fees ? How to manage a cancellation 

In case of cancellation, we must get your cancellation's order per phone, per what's app message or per email at least 24h before the checking time of your stay (2pm) in any cases - mandatory.

What happen if you miss the deadline of 24hours ?

A fix amount of LKR 3'000 will be charged on your advance and will be kept as cancellation fees and you can report your booking for another date of your choice.

What about your advance in case of cancellation ?

We don't have any refund policy, we kindly accept to report* your booking for another date of your choice, if available. NO MONEY REFUND in any cases. (*free of charge if info got 24h before check-in time).

Why this rule ?

We had to refuse a lot of booking because of last minute cancellations, this unfair practice has a very high cost for us and for our staff. An early cancellation allows other guests to enjoy CASA HIKKA VILLA.
